By combining the vacuum controller NVC-3000 model with system peripheral devices (equipped with communication functions), it is possible to build an integrated system where each device works in coordination. The vacuum controller allows for control of “system start/stop,” “settings changes (NVC-3000 model),” “measurement value checks,” and “emergency stop during alarm occurrence.”
♦ Contributing to research efficiency By simply pressing the Run/Stop button on the control panel, the operation of the system peripherals can be started or stopped.
