Meet the DR-528. This particle counter is optimized in functionality and ease of use with a 2.8″ TFT full-color LCD display, making accurate measurement readings and operation more effortless than ever.

This full-featured particle counter is the perfect addition to any cleanroom or controlled environment monitoring application.

The DR-528 simultaneously measures and records eight user-defined particle sizes, from 0.3 to 10 microns. Measurements are rapidly computed and totaled in as little as 30 seconds, recorded using an advanced profile algorithm. The DR-528 is an 8-channel particle counter with a calibrated range of 0.3 to 10 microns.

An upgraded full-color LCD display makes measurement and selection effortless, supported by simple navigation. New features include an instrument wellness check, modifiable operating conditions, an internal toolbox, and the last calibration date. In addition, the user may customize up to 30 specific locations with alpha-numeric identification.

This rugged, all-aluminum handheld device features an advanced user interface making it the first choice for professionals. The DR-528 is ideal for portable operation, with an internal battery life of 8 hours of continuous sampling and rapid recharge of only 2.5 hours.

Internal data storage allows for 15,000+ records of particle counts, and complementary COMET software enables the user to download and analyze readings easily. Data outputs in a .CSV format.

The stored data records may be viewed on the large color display or transferred to a computer via USB. Met One’s COMET software makes file transfers easy with the capability to import sample data into an excel spreadsheet. Utilize the optional docking station with WiFi, ethernet, and RS-485 connectivity for even easier data transfer.

Equipped with an integrated relative humidity and temperature sensor, data reports automatically include these parameters.

Streamlined tactile navigation utilizes a ‘Start/ Stop’ button, a ‘Menu/ Escape’ button, and a ‘Press/ Select’ rotary knob for scrolling that doubles as a selection switch when pressed. The result is a faster, more intuitive interface.
