产品说明
Zenith 系列用于最高 2000°C 的高温 RTP 工艺，页面列出可在 2000°C 运行 1 小时。
Zenith 100 可处理最高 100 mm 晶圆，Zenith 200 可处理最高 200 mm 样品。
设备采用 water-cooled cold wall chamber 和 high temperature tungsten heaters，并标配 pyrometer 与 thermocouple temperature measurement。
